4. Available for individuals setting up their first business bank account for a business within its first 12 months of trading. There is no charge for standard transactions for 12 months (‘Initial free banking period’) with our standard Barclays Business Current Account. There is no charge for standard transactions for 18 months if you either (i) subscribe to Barclays Business Essentials , Barclays Business Essentials Plus , Barclays Business Manager or CREDITFOCUS Pro services within 3 months of opening your first Business bank account (12-month minimum subscription applies) or (ii) subscribe to MyBusinessWorks for a minimum of 9 consecutive months within 12 months of your account being opened and continue to be a subscriber in the month that your initial free banking period ends. There is no charge for standard transactions for 2 years if you subscribe to Barclays Business Essentials , Barclays Business Essentials Plus  , Barclays Business Manager or MyBusinessWorks services and also subscribe to the CREDITFOCUS Pro service within 3 months of your account being opened. Barclays Business Essentials, Barclays Business Essentials Plus, Barclays Business Manager and CREDITFOCUS Pro are subject to a 12-month minimum subscription. You must subscribe to MyBusinessWorks for a minimum of 9 consecutive months within 12 months of your account being opened, and continue to be a subscriber in the month that your initial free banking period ends. This is only available to new businesses opening their account with Barclays. This applies to everyday sterling debit and credit transactions and the maintenance fee.
