New Online Banking is here
|
We're moving customers over to new Online Banking now. So if you're not already using it, don't worry – you'll have access to it soon. New Online Banking is still completely secure and help is on hand should you need it. We've compiled a series of short videos to show you what's changing and how to carry out common transactions. |
You said...we did
You've been asking for all sorts of new features to help speed up your banking and we’ve been listening. Here are just some of the things we’ve introduced.
Help CentreWe’ve created a comprehensive Help Centre so you’ll never be stuck when banking with us online, whether you’re managing your existing accounts or applying for new ones. |
International paymentsWith new Online Banking, you can now send money to bank accounts overseas. And you can make payments to other UK accounts which are guaranteed to arrive on the same day.
|
Tracking my paymentsCheck the status of your payments with ease. Under Track my payments, you can see the date and time the payment was made, and if it has been accepted by the payee. |
Standing ordersIt now only takes a few clicks to set up a regular payment, either between your accounts or to someone else’s. Just go to Set up a standing order under Account services and put in the details. |
Money management tools
|
If you want to get in control of your finances this year, we have some useful online tools to help: Budget planner helps you to see how much money you have left each month, after your outgoings, to put aside for a rainy day. Little extras calculator shows you how much money you spend each year on life's non-essentials. It also shows just what you could afford if you were to cut back on them a little. Savings chooser helps you find the best account to suit your saving needs. You'll find more information on how to manage what you've got and what you owe in our money management section. |
